Yoga Flow

Mat Pilates

Earth & Sky Yoga

Earth & Sky Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that welcomes everyBODY. The intention of this practice is to GROUND to Mother Earth in a physical, emotional and spiritual way and then to EXPAND towards Father Sky energetically. We connect with Mother Earth's unconditional Love and Father Sky's guidance and protection. We invite a curiosity to our felt sensations and a non-judgemental loving kindness to our human experience. All are welcome to this practice.
Pilates: Cardio + Core
