Massage & Bodywork Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any massage appointment changes.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full service fee

  • No-shows will also be charged in full

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies at our discretion.

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for intake and consultation.

If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply.

Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is our priority. Please inform your practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, or sensitivities so we can tailor your experience with care.

Payment & Gratuity

  • A valid credit card is required to book all appointments

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • We accept cash, credit, and debit

  • Gratuity is always appreciated, though never expected

If applicable, cancellation fees must be settled prior to booking future appointments.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred. Please present your certificate at the time of service.

Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared with our team is kept strictly confidential and will only be disclosed with your consent or as required by law.

Studio Policies

Welcome to Natural Vibes

Our studio offers convenient on-site parking, with the entrance located on the right side of the building for easy access.

To maintain a clean and welcoming environment, we kindly ask that all guests remove their shoes upon entering. You’re welcome to practice barefoot or in grip socks. If you prefer sneakers, please bring a clean, indoor pair to change into.

You’re encouraged to bring your own mat for comfort and personalization, though mats are always available. We also offer a water refill station—if needed, feel free to use one of our mugs and place it in the wash area after use.

Class Size

To preserve an intimate and supportive environment, class sizes are limited. We recommend reserving your spot in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare for each session.

Reservations

All classes are booked through our online system and may be reserved up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, pending availability.

Arrival

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class.

If you anticipate arriving more than 5 minutes late, please notify us in advance so we can best accommodate you.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We value your time and commitment and ask that you honor the following:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to class to avoid penalty

  • Late cancellations (within 3 hours) and no-shows will result in the loss of that class session

Waitlist

If a class is fully booked, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. Should a spot open, it will be offered in the order requests are received and you will be automatically added to the class. You’ll receive an email and text notification to confirm your spot.

Memberships & Class Packages

Memberships

Our optional 3-month and annual memberships are designed to enhance your experience and support a consistent practice. Each tier offers preferred pricing, including exclusive discounts on class packages, massage sessions, and more. Benefits and pricing vary by membership level.

  • Memberships are paid in full and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email before renewal to Info@Naturalvibes.Studio

  • Memberships are non-refundable

Class Packages

Class passes are available in the following options:

  • Single Class — expires 30 days from purchase

  • 5-Class Pack — expires 2 months from purchase

  • 10-Class Pack — expires 2 months from purchase

All class packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not roll over beyond their expiration date.

Workshops

Our workshops are designed to offer unique and thoughtfully curated experiences.

  • Studio-hosted workshops require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the workshop fee unless otherwise specified

For workshops hosted by guest facilitators, cancellation policies may vary. Please review event-specific terms at the time of booking.
