Studio Policies

Welcome to Natural Vibes

Located at 708 Route 134 in South Dennis, MA, our studio offers easily accessible parking, with the entrance conveniently located on the right side of the building. 

To help maintain a clean and welcoming environment, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the door. You may wear grip socks or go barefoot during classes. If sneakers are more comfortable, please bring a separate pair to change into.

We encourage you to bring your own mat for added comfort and personalization, though we have mats available. For environmental sustainability, we provide a water refill station. If you forget your bottle, feel free to use one of our handcrafted mugs, which can be washed after use.

Class Size Limitation Policy

To ensure a high level of individual attention and community connection, we limit each class to 12 participants unless otherwise stated. Pre-registering for classes is important to guarantee your spot and help us tailor sessions to the needs of our members.

Arriving Late

We understand that delays can happen. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your class. If you're running more than 5 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.

Reservation System

Our studio uses an online system for class registrations, allowing members to book classes up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. However, class availability is subject to capacity limits.

Pay Period:
Members are encouraged to plan their class bookings within their current pay period. For example, if your membership starts on March 8th, you can register for and attend classes through April 7th. On April 8th, your new pay period begins, and you can start registering for classes for that period.

Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your commitment to your practice and ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines to ensure fairness for all members.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your reservation up to 3 hours before class without forfeiting your class pass.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of your class pass for that session.

Unlimited Members

Unlimited members have the same cancellation flexibility, but if classes are missed without proper notice, a full drop in rate will be charged starting after the first missed class. 

Workshops

At Natural Vibes, we aim to provide a unique and enriching experience with each of our workshops. In order to ensure quality and fairness for all participants, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations of studio-sponsored workshops. Cancellations made within this 24-hour window will forfeit the service fee unless otherwise specified.

For workshops hosted by outside sources, please note that cancellation policies are managed separately by the event organizers. We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms for each workshop at the time of booking, as they may differ from our studio's policies.

Waitlist Procedures

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You'll be notified via email in the order you joined the list if a spot becomes available. To confirm your attendance, please respond promptly. If you're unable to attend, the next person on the list will be contacted.


Membership Policies

Downgrading a Membership:

If a member wishes to downgrade from a higher-tier membership to a lower-tier membership, they must provide a written notice 30 days' prior to their next scheduled payment to Info@NaturalVibes.Studio. A $25 downgrade fee will applied. The downgrade will take effect at the start of the following billing cycle.

Upgrades:

If a member wishes to upgrade to a higher-tier membership, they may do so at any time. The upgrade will take effect immediately, and they will be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. The new, higher-tier membership will apply starting the next billing cycle.
Example: If a member has a 4-class membership and choose to upgrade to a 8-class membership halfway through the month, they will pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the month and then the full rate for the upgraded membership in the next billing cycle.

Cancellations:

If a member wishes to cancel their membership entirely before the end of my current membership term, they will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. This feel applies if a membership is cancelled at any time before the agreed upon term ends, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the member agrees to settle any outstanding fees before my membership is fully terminated.

No Rollover of Classes:

I understand that unused classes cannot be rolled over to the following month or pay period, and I will forfeit any unused classes at the end of each billing cycle. 

Massage Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. This ensures fairness for all clients and allows us to accommodate others.

  • Full-Service Fee: Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full-service fee.

  • No-Shows: Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without notifying us will also be charged the full-service fee.

  • Emergency Exceptions: We make exceptions for emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we'll try to accommodate you.

Late Arrival Policy

To make the most of your session, please arrive 5-10 minutes early. This allows time to fill out any necessary forms and discuss your treatment with your therapist.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. You will be responsible for the full session fee.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please let us know about any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session so we can tailor your treatment.

Gratuity & Payment

Gratuity is appreciated but never required. We accept cash, credit, or debit cards for payment.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service. If a cancellation fee applies, it must be paid before rescheduling or scheduling future appointments. A credit card on file is required for booking.

  • Gift Certificates: If you're using a gift certificate, please present it at the time of your appointment. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All information you share with your therapist—whether personal, health-related, or treatment-related—is kept confidential and will only be shared with your consent or as required by law.
