At Natural Vibes, every step of our journey is a celebration of growth, connection, and transformation. This page honors the key moments that have shaped our studio's story—from our opening day to special events, milestones in our practice, and the wonderful memories we've created together. We’re grateful for the vibrant community we’ve built, and we look forward to many more shared experiences along the way.
We're bringing Yoga OUTSIDE! When the weather is on our side we will have outdoor yoga at 7a Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays for 6 weeks starting in July! We can't wait!
May 2025 was our first RUN CLUB! We gather Monday evenings at 6:45p to take a stroll around the paved streets of Dennis. With the perfect 2.5 mile loop you can run or walk and meet some great people!
At Natural Vibes, we love to take our classes outside as frequently as possible. Nothing beats a good workout, vitamin d, and a nice breeze!
Sunday, May 5th, Silver Sea Apparel stopped by to educate us on her USA manufactured, toxin & plastic-free, and sustainable athletic wear for women. They are incredibly soft, comfortable, and good for our skin! High vibrational clothing makes all the difference!
April 26th, 2025 Natural Vibes hosted their very first Connect + Elevate Practitioners Dinner with local women in business. This quarterly meetings are meant to grow and support one another in business but more importantly on this journey of life! We ate delicious focaccia and stracciatella from ACK GIOIA in Brewster. Oils and veggie chips from our friends at The Glass Jar- refillable market in Dennis. Incredible brigadeiros, delectable Brazilian chocolate treats from Bello Dulce Sweets. And tasty win from My Cousins Wine in Plymouth. A night to remember!

Monthly Cacoa + Sound Ceremonies with Dani Reardon enriched the experience at Natural Vibes.
August 2024 - Alex is awarded monies due to her achievements in the EforAll Business Accelerator Program.
Creativity is a major part of self care. SCENTED. hosted many candle making workhops at Natural Vibes.
September 2024 - Alex is a featured artist and leads in a Yoga session at the 2024 Movement Arts of Cape Cod's Inclusive Movement arts Showcase
August 2024 - United We Dance in Harwich. Alex of Natural Vibes, opened the festivities with. stretchy grounding sequences. This annual event is an important day to celebrate all styles of movement from yoga, to Krump.
